A feature about Cornish ghosts and folklore has been published in Cornwall Today, October 2016 issue to coincide with Halloween. Journalist Sally Bell took some time to  chat to me about my folklore research and my favourite Cornish ghost stories, which include the ghostly tale of Patten Peg, the toad witch of Antony, who haunts the churchyard and nearby church steps on dark nights, seeking forgiveness from one whom she cursed.   The current exhibition in the Boscastle Museum of Witchcraft and Magic features items and information on the many aspects of Halloween, past and present, and will run throughout 2016. There are many interesting things to look at, including lots of things from around Britain. I wrote a small piece about the Cornish Allantide celebration, which is included in the exhibition. The above booklet contains pictures of many exhibits, plus write ups, including my one on Allantide. Click cover to buy from the museum.
